For years alien chasers have been trying to convince the world elongated skulls found among some ancient civilisations on Earth were actually those of extraterrestrials who visited our planet thousands of years ago.
The widespread theory claims advanced ETs visited ancient civilisations on Earth several thousands of years ago and taught people how to build ancient monuments such as the Egyptian pyramids, and the UK's Stonehenge.
The theories even claim these superior beings ended up being held as leaders or even revered as gods.
The theories began when deformed and elongated skulls were found among many of our ancestor civilisations across the globe including Egypt and Peru – with conspiracists believing they were from large-headed alien visitors.
Now alien hunters believe they have spotted the skulls on Mars, convincing them the bones found on Earth really were from another planet.
YouTube channel Paranormal Crucible, which spends hours sifting through images of the Red Planet taken by NASA, has released a short film, called Alien Egyptian Skull Found on Mars, claiming to have spotted a huge elongated skull on the Martian surface.
A blurb published with the video said: "I decided to take a second look at this artefact and do a little more enhancing and re-building to get a better idea of what it actually was.
"It is an elongated skull, possibly thousands of years old in my opinion.
"I also mirrored the image and discovered a possible skull encrusted altar with a pyramid either side, and a possible alien head-dress.
"I will be enhancing the mirrored image in a few days and will either create a video report on it or i will post the image on my facebook page, so far its very interesting."
